My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, although a bit dated, were very clean, spacious, and in good condition. However, the shower had low water pressure which was a drawback. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from check-in to check-out; they were friendly and attentive. The location was convenient, right in the center of Surabaya near the Tunjungan Plaza mall, despite some noise from nearby mosques. The dining options lacked variety, especially for breakfast, but the food quality was decent. The facilities at the hotel were decent as well.
